Marshall Zweig is a certified master relationship coach, and the creator of resensitization therapy, which is now a recognized healing modality by the International Association of Therapists. As the creative director who introduced Little Caesars HOT-N-READY pizza, Marshall revolutionized the way consumers buy pizza. He’s presented the case study as a guest speaker at the business schools of multiple universities, including his alma mater, the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Marshall’s method, Truth Empowered Relationships, provides a structure and rules —much like a board game — for creating deep, fulfilling, intimate relationships utilizing what he calls ‘conscious communication. In the workplace, Marshall combines his method with Authentic Leadership principles and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to increase employees’ Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Marshall also coaches content moderators who develop PTSD-like symptoms from their psychologically challenging job. In addition to being a master relationship coach and resensitization therapist, Marshall holds a CPD-accredited diploma in organizational psychology from Austin Peay State University. He’s also a graduate of five full years of advanced leadership and coaching training with Personal Growth University, and is certified in and experienced with NLP, NVC, PQ, and many more of the world’s most transformational personal development technologies. Marshall’s goal is to harness the power of clear, respectful and sensitive communication to empower corporations and individuals to realize their full potential, not just as businesspeople, but also as human beings.
